Witness account

A witness told local news station KWCH that a black pickup truck was seen plowing through the youth soccer fields. According to the witness, the truck hit several people before stopping 100–200 yards (roughly 90–180 metres) down the fields. The witness reported seeing dozens of emergency responders giving aid and CPR to the victims.
