Until August 9, the Kim? Contemporary Art Centre in Riga is hosting an exhibition by artist Karlīna Mežecka, exploring themes of life, sexuality, death, and bodily transformation.

The Kim? Contemporary Art Centre in Riga is presenting the solo exhibition “Veries manī” (Look into Me) by artist Karlīna Mežecka, running until August 9.
The display delves into existential subjects such as life, sexuality, death, corporeality and the transformation of the body. According to the artist herself, one of the key concepts of the exhibition is the shift in perspective that occurs depending on the viewer’s point of observation.
Curator Zane Onckule highlights Mežecka’s role in Latvian contemporary ceramics, describing her as the originator of a new direction in this artistic medium.
