Youth seminar in Kārsava promotes Latgalian language and a new game creation

This week, the Latgalian language can be heard throughout Kārsava Secondary School and its surroundings. The area is hosting a youth seminar called "Atzolys", which translates to "young shoots". Its goal is to encourage young people to discover the values of Latgalian culture and engage with social processes.
