Late on June 11, municipal police received a call from a resident claiming that a black BMW was drifting and driving loudly through the streets of Ķeipene. The caller reported that the car was performing side-sliding maneuvers.

A police unit was dispatched to the scene and searched the area. Officers did not find any vehicle engaged in aggressive driving or drifting. However, near the Ķeipene railway station, they noticed a parked Toyota Auris that visually matched a car seen in a video provided with the report. No one was present near the vehicle or inside it.

Since no evidence of drifting was confirmed and no driver was found, the case was not pursued further. Authorities encourage residents to continue reporting suspicious driving incidents.
