BMW driver races along bicycle path and through park in Ķengarags

A video circulating on social media this week shows a BMW driver speeding along a bicycle path in the Ķengarags neighborhood of Riga. The driver then entered a park, continuing to flout traffic regulations. Fortunately, no pedestrians or cyclists were in his path during the recorded segment, though such reckless driving could have ended tragically.
