Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko called on residents to stay in shelters on Saturday as air defence forces were active over the Ukrainian capital.
According to the mayor, a jet-powered unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was heading toward Kyiv. Debris from a drone or an intercepted device fell in one of the capital's districts.
Klitschko issued the warning while the threat remained ongoing, urging residents to exercise caution and avoid leaving safe locations until the alert is lifted.
