Kim: Russia bombs Ukrainian gas stations for TV footage, not military logistics
Mykolaiv Governor Vitalii Kim stated that Russian strikes on Ukrainian gas stations are intended for propaganda footage, as Ukraine's military does not refuel there.

Mykolaiv Governor Vitalii Kim has claimed that Russia's repeated strikes on Ukrainian gas stations are not aimed at military infrastructure. According to him, the Ukrainian army does not refuel at these stations at all, so their destruction has no impact on military capabilities.
Kim said the real purpose is to create dramatic plumes of smoke that Russian propaganda channels can use in their reports to create an impression of effective warfare. This tactic allows Russia to show the public supposedly successful operations, even though they provide no real military benefit.
The governor emphasized that these attacks are part of Russia's information war, intended to deceive both the Russian population and the international community.
