Kostiantynivka direction the most active front-line sector over the day
Ukraine's General Staff reports 188 combat clashes along the front over the past day, with Russian forces launching the most attacks — 18 — in the Kostiantynivka direction, followed by 15 in the Pokrovsk direction.

According to a report by Ukraine's Armed Forces General Staff, compiled as of 22:00 local time, 188 combat engagements were recorded along the front line over the previous 24 hours. The most active sector was the Kostiantynivka direction, where Ukrainian defense forces repelled 18 Russian assaults near Kostiantynivka itself and several surrounding settlements. Two of these assaults were still ongoing at the time of reporting.
The second most active sector was the Pokrovsk direction, where occupying forces attempted to advance toward several settlements 15 times.
Other sectors
In the North Sloboda and Kursk directions, two enemy assault actions were recorded, along with 74 strikes on Ukrainian troop positions and populated areas.
In the South Sloboda direction, the enemy attacked Ukrainian unit positions six times toward several villages. In the Kupiansk direction, two attempts were made to improve positions, while in the Lyman direction seven advance attempts were repelled, one of which was still continuing. In the Sloviansk direction, three enemy advance attempts were stopped.
In the Huliaipole direction, Ukrainian defense forces repelled one attack toward a single settlement.
