210 Combat Engagements Reported on Front Since Start of Day
Ukraine's General Staff reports 210 combat engagements on July 1, with the highest activity in the Pokrovsk direction.
According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff report as of 22:00 on July 1, a total of 210 combat engagements have occurred on the front since the beginning of the day. Of these, 23 took place in the Pokrovsk direction.
The Russian army carried out two missile strikes (using two missiles), 53 airstrikes with 158 guided aerial bombs, deployed 6,667 kamikaze drones, and conducted 2,150 shellings against Ukrainian positions and settlements.
In the Southern Slobozhansk direction, the enemy stormed Ukrainian positions 13 times near Ternova, Chaikivka, Shevyakivka, Zarubynka, Khatnye, as well as in areas of Lyman, Starytsia, and Artilne.
In the Lyman direction, six attacks occurred; in Sloviansk – 22; Kramatorsk – 3; Kostiantynivka – 17; Oleksandrivka – 4; Huliaipole – 16; and Orikhiv – 1.
