Ksenija Kozlova clocked a personal best of 59.31 seconds in the 400 metres hurdles at the World U20 Athletics Championships in Oregon, but it was not enough to reach the semifinals. She finished sixth in her preliminary heat, which featured eight runners. In the overall ranking of 34 athletes, the Latvian took 17th place.
