Russia says it returned bodies of 501 Ukrainian soldiers, received 31
Russia and Ukraine conducted another exchange of fallen soldiers' remains, with Russia handing over 501 bodies and receiving 31, according to a Russian lawmaker.
Russia and Ukraine have exchanged the bodies of fallen soldiers once again, State Duma deputy Shamsail Saraliyev told business outlet RBC. According to Saraliyev, Russia handed over 501 bodies to Ukraine and received 31 in return. Ukraine had not confirmed the exchange at the time of publication.
The previous exchange took place on June 18, when Russia returned 522 bodies and Ukraine 33.
