Russian drone strikes hit residential areas of Kryvyi Rih, two people injured

Overnight on September 10, Russian drones struck residential buildings in Kryvyi Rih, injuring two people. Educational, cultural and business facilities were also damaged.

Overnight on September 10, Russian forces carried out a massive drone strike on the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih, according to Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the city's defense council, who reported the attack on Telegram.

According to Vilkul, strikes were recorded in five locations across the Tsentralno-Miskyi and Saksahanskyi districts. The drones directly hit residential buildings.

Two people injured

Vilkul said two people are currently known to have been injured. Doctors assessed the condition of one victim as severe and the other as moderate. Both were in surgery at the time the information was reported.

Homes and public buildings damaged

The strike damaged residential buildings — private houses were affected, while apartment blocks suffered broken windows and structural damage. In addition, buildings belonging to educational institutions and cultural facilities were damaged, along with several local business properties.
