Russian forces launched a guided bomb (KAB) strike on the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv on the afternoon of July 15. According to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, and Mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram, the attack injured 9 people.
The strike damaged a civilian administrative-industrial building, a hangar, and 7 cars. Syniehubov stated that emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences. Further details on casualties and damage are being clarified.
