Russia strikes Odesa Oblast again with drone attack, three injured
Russian forces attacked civilian infrastructure in Odesa Oblast again on the afternoon of 16 August, destroying two residential buildings and injuring three people.

Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Oblast Military Administration, reported that Russian forces struck civilian infrastructure in the region again on the afternoon of 16 August.
According to Kiper, a jet-powered drone strike destroyed two residential buildings. Early reports indicate that three people were injured in the attack.
Details about the aftermath are still being clarified, Kiper said.
Earlier strike the same day
This was not the only attack on Odesa Oblast on 16 August. Earlier that day, Russian forces struck a post office located inside a shopping centre on the outskirts of Odesa with a jet-powered drone, injuring four people.
Combined, the two attacks that day left at least seven people injured across Odesa Oblast.
