Russia Strikes Gas Stations in Sumy and Zaporizhzhia Again; Fires Erupt

On the morning of June 25, Russian occupation forces carried out attacks on gas stations in Sumy and Zaporizhzhia. Artem Kobzar, the acting mayor of Sumy, reported on Telegram that around 6:00 a.m., a gas station in the Zarichny district was hit by a Molniya-type drone. The strike caused a fire to break out.
Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, wrote at 7:11 a.m. that smoke visible to residents was the result of a Russian attack on a gas station. Information about possible casualties is currently being clarified.
Recently, Russian strikes on gas stations in various regions of Ukraine have become more frequent. Previous attacks have occurred in Kharkiv, Odesa, and Zaporizhzhia regions. The day before, on June 24, Russian forces struck gas stations in Zaporizhzhia and Sumy, injuring three people.
