Russia loses another 1,390 troops in war against Ukraine

Ukraine's Armed Forces General Staff reports that Russia lost another 1,390 soldiers in its war against Ukraine over the past day.
According to the General Staff's data, Russia's total military personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, through September 6, 2026, have reached approximately 1,496,440 troops.
Equipment losses
Russia also lost significant amounts of military equipment over the past day. Total equipment losses since the war began are as follows:
- tanks – 12,331 (+3 over the past day)
- armored combat vehicles – 25,278 (+5)
- artillery systems – 49,260 (+33)
- multiple rocket launcher systems – 2,096 (+3)
- air defense systems – 1,605 (+1)
- ground robotic systems – 2,507 (+5)
- operational-tactical level drones – 501,244 (+1,435)
- vehicles and fuel tankers – 144,435 (+392)
