More than 5.7 million Ukrainians have been forced to flee abroad due to Russian aggression, said Ukrainian Parliament's Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets, citing UNHCR data.

On June 20, World Refugee Day, Ukrainian Parliament's Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets announced that over 5.7 million Ukrainians have been forced to leave the country due to Russian aggression. He stressed that forced displacement has become a reality for millions of Ukrainian citizens.
Lubinets referred to data from the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), confirming the massive number of refugees. Despite the tragic circumstances, he expressed confidence that Ukrainians will eventually return home.
