Russian forces strike Sloviansk: 3 dead, 5 wounded
On June 16, Russian troops launched two attacks on Sloviansk using bombs, killing three civilians and wounding five others.

On June 16, Russian forces attacked the city of Sloviansk in the Donetsk region. The first strike at 16:15 hit a private home with a FAB-250 bomb, killing an 81-year-old woman and giving her husband a concussion.
The second attack at 18:00 killed two men aged 36 and 37, and wounded four other civilians. At least 117 private houses were damaged. The regional prosecutor's office is assessing the full extent of the damage.
