Russian forces launched a ballistic missile attack on Kyiv overnight on July 14. Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that a fire broke out at warehouses in the Holosiivskyi district and that cars caught fire in the Darnytskyi district. No one was hurt, according to Klitschko.
On the morning of July 14, Russia’s Defense Ministry stated that it had hit "military-industrial facilities involved in the development and production of various types of missiles and drones" in Kyiv. The ministry also claimed the strike targeted "port infrastructure facilities in the Odesa region used to unload and store fuel and lubricants for Ukraine’s armed forces."
Odesa regional authorities reported that Russian drones damaged 11 trucks on the grounds of one business, along with auto repair shops and a fuel truck.
