Russian drone attack on Izium injures 20, including one-year-old boy
Russian forces attacked the city of Izium in Kharkiv region with drones on Sunday, injuring 20 people, including a one-year-old boy.

On Sunday morning, Russian armed forces launched a drone attack on the city of Izium in the Kharkiv region. According to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, 20 people were injured in the attack, including a one-year-old boy.
Ten people suffered explosive injuries and glass cuts. Another ten victims, including the boy, were diagnosed with acute stress reaction.
The attack damaged five apartment buildings and 20 cars.
The previous day, July 19, Russian forces also attacked a suburb of Kharkiv, killing three people and injuring 20 others.
