Russian drone attack on Sumy kills man, sets house and gas station on fire
Russian forces struck Sumy with drones late on June 17, killing a 56-year-old man and igniting a residential house and a gas station.

Late in the evening of June 17, Russian forces attacked the city of Sumy using unmanned aerial vehicles. According to Serhii Kryvosheienko, head of the Sumy Military Administration, one of the drones hit a private house in the Kovpakivskyi district, killing a 56-year-old man. The circumstances of his death are being investigated.
Second strike and fires
Another drone strike was recorded at a gas station. Fires broke out at both locations. Authorities are currently working to establish all the circumstances and the final consequences of the enemy attack.
