Man killed, woman critically injured in Russian air strike on Sloviansk

Russian occupying forces struck the city of Sloviansk in Ukraine's Donetsk region with an air strike on Friday, September 11, killing one civilian and wounding another person, the head of the Sloviansk City Military Administration, Vadym Liakh, reported on social media.
According to his account, the strike occurred at around 11:00 local time, when the enemy dropped two FAB-250 guided aerial bombs on the "Lisnyi" public square.
Damage and casualties
At least five multi-story residential buildings were damaged in the attack. A woman was injured and hospitalized in serious condition. A 74-year-old man was killed in the strike.
The head of the city administration offered condolences to the victim's family and loved ones.
Sloviansk, located in Donetsk region, has repeatedly come under Russian air and artillery attacks since the start of the full-scale invasion.
