Russians increasingly seek apartments in Armenia; rental prices rise
Demand for apartments in Armenia from Russian citizens has surged, particularly in Yerevan, where rental prices have increased by about 30% in the last three months.

According to Armenian real estate agents, there has been a noticeable surge in interest from Russian citizens looking to rent apartments in Armenia, with most heading to the capital Yerevan, as reported by the outlet "Verstka".
Local realtors compare the current situation to 2022, when a mass relocation of Russians caused a spike in housing demand. Over the past three months, rental prices in Yerevan have risen by roughly 30%.
In one popular Telegram channel among Russians for finding real estate in Armenia, dozens of new listings appear daily. These are posted both by those already in Armenia and those planning to emigrate in the autumn.
Data from Yandex Wordstat shows that in the week of July 13–19, the number of searches for "apartments in Yerevan" reached 5,200. For comparison, in the week of February 28 to March 6, 2022, there were 5,000 such queries, while the biggest spike occurred during the September 2022 mobilization, with nearly 10,000 searches.
