Russian Missile Strike on Lviv Injures 15, People Trapped Under Rubble
A Russian missile attack on Lviv has left 15 people injured, including a rescuer, with several still trapped under the debris of a residential building. Rescue efforts are ongoing.
The number of people injured in a Russian missile strike on Lviv has risen to 15, according to Maksym Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration. Fourteen of the wounded, including one rescue worker, have been hospitalized.
Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi shared video footage from the courtyard of a damaged residential building on Paton Street. He stated that people remain trapped under the rubble and that the rescue operation is continuing. Local residents are assisting emergency workers in clearing the debris.
Earlier reports indicated that residential buildings were damaged and people were injured in the missile attack on Lviv.
