Russians strike postal terminal in Kharkiv suburbs with three Banderol missiles; four killed, 20 injured

Four people were killed and 20 others were injured. Previously, a Ukrainian defence ministry adviser had described the characteristics and production rates of Russia's Banderol missiles.
