Attack in Znamensivka
On Tuesday, July 21, Russian troops attacked a civilian car in the village of Znamensivka, Donetsk region. According to the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, the incident occurred at 1:25 p.m. when shelling hit a vehicle carrying civilians.
The attack killed two people on the spot – a 76-year-old local resident and a 68-year-old woman. Three other people – two women and one man – sustained injuries of varying severity. All victims received medical assistance.
The Kramatorsk District Prosecutor's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings regarding another war crime committed by Russia.
