Russian forces destroy rehabilitation center for children and disabled in Sumy region
On Saturday, Russian forces attacked a rehabilitation center in Sumy region, completely destroying the building. The center provided rehabilitation for children and adults with disabilities, including equine therapy.

Russian occupation forces struck a rehabilitation center in the village of Rybtsi, Sumy region, on Saturday afternoon, July 19, 2026. The building was completely burned down as a result of the attack.
The center specialized in rehabilitation for children and adults with disabilities. Specialists worked there to help restore physical and psycho-emotional health, as well as develop daily living, communication, and learning skills. The facility also housed an equine therapy department and a large stable.
Information about possible casualties is being clarified. The director of the center, Olena Sushchenko, published photos of the aftermath on social media.
