Russian strikes in Dnipropetrovsk region kill truck driver, injure teenager and elderly woman
A 62-year-old truck driver was killed and a 13-year-old boy and a 69-year-old woman were wounded in Russian attacks on Dnipropetrovsk region, local authorities reported.
A Russian attack on Dnipropetrovsk region on Tuesday, July 15, claimed the life of a truck driver and left two other people injured, including a minor.
The fatal incident occurred in the Sofiyivka community, where the 62-year-old driver was killed on the highway. In the Hlevuvatska community, a 13-year-old boy and a 69-year-old woman sustained injuries. Medical workers provided them with necessary aid, and their conditions are not life-threatening.
According to Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the morning attacks hit three districts, with one more man wounded earlier.
The Dnipropetrovsk region has been frequently targeted by Russian shelling and missile strikes, resulting in civilian casualties and damage to infrastructure.
