Russian strike on central Sumy kills two, injures six including infant

Russian armed forces carried out an air strike on the central part of Sumy on September 26, reportedly using three guided aerial bombs, according to the Sumy city and regional military administrations.

The strike hit two locations in the city. An administrative building, residential apartment blocks, and a closed café in a park area were damaged.

Preliminary reports indicate two men were killed. Six people were injured, including an 11-month-old infant who was hospitalized.
