Attacks by Russian armed forces on Ukraine have killed more than 20 people and injured over 40 others, according to reports from Ukrainian officials.

One of the most severe strikes hit a warehouse in the Bucha district of the Kyiv region late in the evening. Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky said the facility may have contained ammunition stores. The strike triggered a fire that led to a secondary detonation. At least 27 people were reported killed in this attack alone, with dozens more injured.

Authorities in other Ukrainian regions have also reported fresh casualties from Russian military strikes, though further details on those incidents were not provided.

Strike also reported in Russian territory

Separately, a warehouse belonging to a retail chain in Russia's Rostov region was attacked. Regional authorities said several civilians were injured, though the exact number of casualties and circumstances of the strike remain unclear.
