Russia strikes Kyiv with ballistic missiles; debris sets residential building on fire

Russian forces attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles on the night of July 25-26, according to the Kyiv City Military Administration and Mayor Vitali Klitschko. Debris fell on an 18-story residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district, sparking a fire on the 7th and 8th floors.
In the Solomianskyi district, falling debris ignited a non-residential building, while in the Desnianskyi district, vehicles and a parking lot caught fire. Emergency services were deployed to all affected sites.
The Air Force had earlier warned of the threat of ballistic weapons from the north.
