The report appears in the day 1713 roundup of the Russo-Ukrainian war by the outlet Euromaidan Press. The same roundup also notes that Ukraine hit the Samara oil hub in Russia. According to the roundup's headline, the hub blends crude that makes up as much as half of Russian crude exports.
