Russian strike on Kharkiv with Banderol drone kills one, injures nine including children

Russian forces launched a strike on Kharkiv on July 26 using a Banderol drone-launched cruise missile, which hit a residential building in the Slobidskyi district. The attack killed one person and injured nine others, including two children.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov initially reported one fatality and three injured, including one child, but later the number of injured rose to six, with two children. He stated that more than 10 houses had been damaged.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, updated that nine people, including two children, were injured and all are under medical supervision. Emergency services are working at the scene.
