Russian attack on two civilian ships in Black Sea kills sailor, injures others

Russian forces attacked two civilian vessels in the Black Sea, killing one sailor and injuring several. Simultaneous strikes hit Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kherson regions, causing casualties and damage.

Russia attacked two civilian ships in the Black Sea on Friday, both sailing under the flags of Panama and Saint Kitts and Nevis, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

On one vessel, a crew member was killed and two others were injured. On the second ship, three crew members sustained injuries. Both ships are continuing their voyages.

In addition, Russian forces launched attacks on Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kherson regions. In Sumy, a guided aerial bomb killed two people. In Kharkiv, a similar bomb injured ten people, including four children, and damaged 40 private houses and a warehouse.

In Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region, an attack caused fires in two private houses, killing an 8-year-old girl and hospitalizing a 49-year-old woman. In Kherson, a Russian drone struck a minibus, injuring four passengers.
