A Russian attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region led to a major fire in the city of Samar, according to Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, who posted on social media.
He stated that it took rescue workers several hours to contain the large fire that resulted from the Russian strike on Samar. The flames engulfed warehouses storing agricultural equipment. There were no casualties.
Prior to this, Russian forces struck the Sumy region, killing two civilians.
