Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia kills two, injures at least five

According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, explosions were heard in the city starting at 5:33 PM local time. Fedorov posted photos on social media showing smoke rising over the city.

Later, casualty figures were confirmed. Two people were killed, and at least five others were injured in the attack. Fedorov noted that these are preliminary numbers, which may be updated as rescue efforts continue. Emergency services are working at the scene.
