Four injured in Russian attacks on Dnipropetrovsk region

Russian forces injured four people in Dnipropetrovsk region on Sunday, striking the area more than 40 times with drones and artillery.

Four people were injured in Russian attacks on Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region on Sunday, according to regional military administration head Oleksandr Ganzha. He said the enemy struck four districts of the region more than 40 times using drones and artillery.

Nikopol district hit hardest

The Nikopol district bore the brunt of the attacks, with the district center along with the Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka, Pokrovske and Myrove communities affected. Businesses, apartment buildings, private homes, vehicles and a shop were damaged.

Among the injured is a 56-year-old man who was hospitalized in moderate condition. Three other men, aged 54, 63 and 80, will be treated as outpatients. In the town of Kamianske, a private home was damaged.

Damage reported elsewhere in the region

The Zelenodolsk community in the Kryvyi Rih area also came under attack, with a shop and a private house damaged. Meanwhile, a fire broke out in the Chernechchyna community of the Samar district.
