Mother and daughter killed, nine injured in Russian attacks on three oblasts
Russian forces attacked Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Sumy oblasts over the past day, killing a 38-year-old woman and her 15-year-old daughter and injuring nine people.

Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, reported that Russian forces struck the Bashtanka district overnight, likely with guided aerial bombs. In the Horokhiv hromada, the attack affected one family: a 38-year-old woman and her 15-year-old daughter were killed. A 13-year-old girl was injured and hospitalized. In another settlement of the Horokhiv hromada, a 39-year-old woman was injured and also taken to hospital. As of the morning, both women were in critical but stable condition. The attack damaged 20 houses, an educational institution, and a power line, leaving some consumers without electricity.
Oleksandr Hanzha, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration, said Russian forces attacked five districts more than 20 times using drones and artillery. Four people were injured in the Nikopol district. A 42-year-old man was hospitalized in moderate condition; three others – a 51-year-old man and two women aged 40 and 52 – will receive outpatient treatment. A fire broke out in the city of Pavlohrad, and transport infrastructure was damaged. Wheat fields caught fire in the Piatykhatky and Apostolove hromadas. Russian forces also struck the Petropavlivka hromada in the Synelnykove district.
Police reported that six people were injured in Sumy Oblast over the past day. A Russian drone struck a residential building in the Mykolaivka hromada, injuring women aged 67, 64, and 21. Two 55-year-old women sought medical help after suffering from shock.
