Russian attacks kill 8 civilians across three Ukrainian regions

Russian strikes over the past 24 hours killed eight civilians and injured more than 30 in Ukraine's Kharkiv, Donetsk and Kherson regions, with residential and civilian infrastructure damaged.

Russian attacks over the past day killed eight people and wounded 33 others across three regions of Ukraine — Kharkiv, Donetsk and Kherson — according to the respective regional military administrations.

Kharkiv region suffered the heaviest toll, with five deaths and 15 people injured. Casualties were reported in several locations, including Lypkuvativka, Velykyi Burluk, Balakliia and Slatyne.

In Donetsk region, one person was killed and 13 were wounded. Kramatorsk recorded one death and one injury, Sloviansk had ten people wounded, and one injury each was reported in Bilozerske and Mykilske.

In Kherson region, Russian strikes killed two people and injured five more.

Local authorities said Russian forces struck residential, critical and social infrastructure, damaging homes and other civilian sites.
