Russian strikes kill at least four in Ukraine, including a child
Russian air attacks on Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Zaporizhzhia on Tuesday killed at least four people and wounded dozens.
Russian forces launched a series of airstrikes on Ukrainian cities on Tuesday, resulting in casualties and damage.
In Kharkiv, a Russian missile-drone struck a private home in the Sloboda district. Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional administration, reported that a 40-year-old woman was killed and 16 people were injured.
In Chernihiv, a drone hit an ATB supermarket. City administrator Dmytro Bryzhynskyi said two people died, including a 10-year-old child. Thirteen others were wounded, with three in intensive care.
In Zaporizhzhia, Russian forces used guided aerial bombs. Regional head Ivan Fedorov confirmed one man killed and six injured. The bombing damaged residential and non-residential buildings as well as an educational facility.
These attacks are part of Russia's ongoing strikes against civilian infrastructure in Ukraine, which have continued for over two years.
