The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated that the rate of advancement of Russian troops on the front has decreased by more than half. This announcement reflects changing dynamics on the battlefield as Ukrainian defenders continue to resist the aggressor.

In a separate development, drones attacked the sea port in Taganrog, located in Russian territory. The details of the attack are still being clarified, but it demonstrates Ukraine's ability to strike deep behind enemy lines.

Ukrainian forces, according to observers, have launched a new phase in their campaign to isolate occupied Crimea. This involves military actions targeting Russian supply routes and infrastructure on the peninsula.

Furthermore, more than 3,500 foreign fighters have died while fighting for Russia during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. These figures indicate significant losses incurred by Russia as it relies on mercenaries from other countries.
