Kristaps Porziņģis's father buys new property in Liepāja, welcomes fourth child
Tālis Porziņģis, father of NBA star Kristaps Porziņģis, has bought a large property in Liepāja this year, while in August his partner Zane gave birth to his fourth child, Latvian magazine "Kas Jauns" reports.

The father of Latvian basketball star Kristaps Porziņģis, Tālis Porziņģis, has become the owner of a notable property in Liepāja this year, according to the magazine "Kas Jauns".
A deal spanning more than 900 square meters
Land registry records show that Tālis Porziņģis purchased a plot on Rožu Street in Liepāja in August for 400,000 euros. The property spans more than 900 square meters and includes a residential building along with an auxiliary structure. The magazine describes the purchase as one of the city's most significant real estate deals this year, noting that the property is known locally as a historic site.
Linked to family changes
According to "Kas Jauns", the move to the new home is connected to a major family event — in August, his partner Zane gave birth to his fourth child.
This is not the first major change in Tālis Porziņģis's family life in recent years. After separating from his sons' mother, Ingrīda, he began a relationship with a woman more than 30 years younger than him. His marriage to Ingrīda produced three sons — Kristaps, Mārtiņš and Jānis.
The magazine said further details about the new property and the family changes would appear in its October 6 issue.
