Kulbergs government has fully completed seven of 61 priorities
Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs says the government has fully completed seven of 61 set priorities, with dozens more in progress and at least three delayed.
Latvian Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs (Unity List) has reported that seven out of 61 priority tasks set for the government have now been fully completed, Latvian Radio reports.
According to the prime minister, most of the remaining tasks are still in progress, with their set deadlines not yet expired. This means these items cannot currently be described as delayed, as work on them continues on schedule.
Delayed tasks
At the same time, Kulbergs acknowledged that at least three of the priorities are being delayed for various reasons. The statement did not specify what those reasons are.
Areas with completed results
Several tasks have already been finished in the fields of defence, justice, healthcare and energy. No further detail was given on which specific projects in these sectors have been concluded.
The government's overall priority list comprises 61 tasks, and progress on their implementation is being monitored on an ongoing basis.
