A cultural stroll through Paris with Kalash and Manon Lisa
French rapper Kalash and singer Manon Lisa appear on Paris des Arts, discussing new releases and life's simple pleasures.

Summer music series Paris des Arts features French rapper Kalash and singer Manon Lisa. Kalash, a major figure in French rap, talks about his new album “Ex-Voto”, describing a search for spirituality, recognition and peace of mind. “I just let out whatever I was feeling in the moment I was creating. What comes through is really just the mindset of a man – a 38-year-old father, I think,” he says.
Singer Manon Lisa performs her latest single “Le Petit Pêcheur”, an ode to doing nothing and finding happiness in life’s simple pleasures. “This song is an ode to doing nothing. It asks what happiness really means to us, what actually matters, what true wealth is, and about simply letting life happen,” she explains.
The episode concludes with a boat trip on Lake Geneva in Switzerland, the largest lake in Western Europe.
