Kurucs scores 13 points as Baskonia claims resounding ACB win

Latvian basketball player Rodions Kurucs continues to make his mark in Spain's top basketball competition. In Sunday's second-round match of the ACB league, he contributed 13 points to help his club, Baskonia of Vitoria, to a convincing win.

Kurucs' performance played a part in what was described as a resounding victory for Baskonia. The original report did not specify the opponent or the final score, only noting that the win was decisive.

Early season form

The ACB league is regarded as one of the strongest basketball competitions in Europe, and the performances of Latvian players there are closely followed both at home and within the wider basketball community. Kurucs, who plays for Baskonia, has shown his value to the squad early in the season with this showing.

It remains to be seen whether he can maintain similar scoring form in Baskonia's upcoming ACB league fixtures.
