Latkovskis' income declaration shows Saeima salary as main source

Last year, Saeima deputy Aivars Latkovskis' largest income was his parliamentary salary of €87,168, according to his official declaration.

The majority of Aivars Latkovskis' income in the previous year came from his salary as a member of the Latvian parliament (Saeima), totaling €87,168. Additionally, he received €1,352 in interest from AS "SEB banka" and €114 in interest from the State Treasury. The declaration also lists non-cash savings of €69,736 held at the same bank.

Latkovskis had the use of land and buildings in Sigulda, and owned a 2019 model "Nissan X-Trail" car. In addition to his parliamentary work, he served as a board member of the political party "Vienotība" last year. His declaration includes payment of a €15,065 bill.

At the end of the year, the deputy had savings in private pension funds but did not have life insurance with fund accumulation.
