Latvian motocross riders shine in MXGP qualification in South Africa
Pauls Jonass finished third, while Jānis and Kārlis Reišulis placed fourth and fifth respectively in the qualifying races.

At the World Motocross Championship round in South Africa, Latvian riders delivered impressive performances during the qualification day. In the MXGP class, Pauls Jonass claimed third place, trailing only overall leader Lucas Coenen and last year's champion Romain Febvre.
In the MX2 class, the Reišulis brothers also excelled. Jānis Reišulis battled among the top three but ultimately finished fourth, while Kārlis Reišulis secured a solid fifth place with a consistent ride. All three athletes showcased the strength of Latvian motocross on the international stage.
