Thursday and Friday
On Thursday, cloud cover will vary, with more cloud in the west, but no precipitation is expected. Light to moderate southeasterly and easterly winds will blow, becoming gusty along the coast during the day. Night temperatures will fall to +6...+11°, and in some eastern areas to +3...+6°. Daytime highs will reach +10...+15°.
Friday will be cloudy, with occasional clearing only in the east. No significant precipitation is expected overnight, but from late morning a band of precipitation will cross Latvia from the south, bringing rain to most of the territory. Winds will remain light to moderate, southeasterly and easterly. Night temperatures will drop to +4...+9°, and to +9...+11° in Kurzeme. Daytime temperatures will rise to +9...+13°.
Weekend and early next week
On Saturday, cloud cover will be variable, and rain is expected overnight across most of the country. The day is forecast to be mostly dry. Winds will stay light to moderate, southeasterly and easterly. Night temperatures will fall to +6...+10°, with daytime highs of +12...+14°.
On Sunday and at the start of next week, skies will often be overcast with occasional rain, though the sun will come out from time to time. Nights will mostly see +5...+10°, in places dipping below +5°, while daytime maximums will be +11...+14°.
