Latvian bobsleigh team to focus on European Cup this season, only Sigulda World Cup stage
The Latvian bobsleigh team will prioritize the European Cup in the upcoming season, with participation in the World Cup limited to the Sigulda stage and possibly other events under favorable conditions.

The Latvian Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (LBSF) has announced that the national bobsleigh team will primarily compete in the European Cup this coming season.
However, the federation stated that the team also plans to take part in the World Cup stage in Sigulda. If circumstances permit, additional World Cup events may be considered.
This means that Latvian bobsledders will largely be absent from the World Cup circuit, with the exception of the home stage in Sigulda. The decision was made to optimize resources and focus on development at the European level.
