Latvian content creator Roberts Vītols to race four-time F1 champion Verstappen
Roberts Vītols has been chosen as one of 100 participants who will race four-time Formula 1 world champion Max Verstappen in go-karting on September 16.

Latvian content creator Roberts Vītols has been selected as one of 100 people who will get the chance to race Dutch driver Max Verstappen in go-karts. The event, titled "Max vs 100," is set to take place on September 16.
Vītols announced his participation on social media, sharing a video showing the moment he learned he had been chosen for the event. In his post, he said he still could not quite believe he was picked among the 100 participants who will get to challenge the F1 world champion on the go-kart track.
About the opponent
Max Verstappen made his Formula 1 debut at just 17 years old and has become one of the standout drivers of his generation. In 2021 he became the first Dutch F1 world champion, and has since added three more titles, bringing his total to four. In August, he extended his contract with Red Bull Racing through the end of the 2030 season.
The "Max vs 100" event will be broadcast live on ESPN and streamed on Disney+.
